Spring is finally here and it is time for a springclean. We helped Jim to repair the willow maze by weaving new ' sallies' under and over the upright poles. Now we just have to wait for it to start growing!
 3 rd class are participating in the national Greenwave project. It tracks Spring as it moves across the country. We are recording signs of spring. Emily photographed these snowdrops on the 10th March. We will keep the site updated with signs of Spring. Let's hope it's drier than Feb.!  3 rd Class participated in the National Heritage Council Poetry Project. We wrote poems on the theme of local waterways and rivers. We swapped our poems with Askea Girls School. We picked our favourite poems. The winning poems will be part of a publication by the National Heritage Council.
