On October 9th 2015 the pupils of Gowran N.S. participated in the Goal Jersey Day to raise money to help the Syrian refugees.
Piggy banks and purses were raided and a whopping €670 was raised for this worthy cause!. A huge thank you to everyone who donated. The money is now on its way to help some of those families who had to leave everything behind as they fled to safety.
