Gaelic Football
Training has begun once again at lunchtime for boys and girls with the first round of matches taking place this week. Ms. Murphy and Mrs. O'Loughlin are looking after the boys and Ms.O' Keeffe and Ms. Hayes are putting the girls through their paces.
Swimming
The pupils from 3rd and 4th classes have started lessons on Thursdays while those from 5th and 6th have resumed classes on Fridays. These will continue for seven weeks.
Irish Dancing
We are delighted to welcome back our dancing teacher Ann Egan. Senior Infants, First Class and Second Class will take to the boards this term perfecting their steps.
Recorder
Margaret O' Faoláin returns on Mondays when all classes from 1st to 6th get the opportunity to hone their musical skills.

Philip Edmondson from the Kiikenny School of Music visits Gowran N.S. every Tuesday to teach violin to interested pupils from 3rd to 6th.
