At 9am sharp, the bus left Gowran to bring 5th and 6th class to Tramore. We were all very excited. When we arrived at the Surf School, we all got a safety talk about what to do and then we got our wetsuits on, picked up our surfboards and headed down to the beach.
I would say nearly all of us fell off the boards at some point but then we got used to it and it was great craic!!!
After that, we went with Glen to the rock pools to look for crabs, fish and other rock pool residents and we all found something.
Later on that afternoon, we went to the amusements. A few of the favourite rides were the Waltzers, Future Dance and the Frisbee.
It was a great day out!
