I looked through the polterscope. I remembered it clearly: thirty-four greenies, eight gobbers and twenty-eight sneakers. All these different types of spirits, doing something as normal as shopping.
I could see right through them. I looked at my notebook and put a line through food. Only two words left 'Haunts' and 'Presents'. I zoomed in on a gobber's bag and saw a watch and some toy cars also. For who were the ghosts buying presents for? I told a colleague of mine to figure out who. His research told us that the presents were to welcome the next fresh spirit. So imagine my horror when a spirit then approached me!
