“Ugh! Why is work so hard?”  I screamed as I pushed my laptop off the table. “What’s all that noise?” my boss shouted from downstairs. “Oops!” I whispered as I swiftly picked up my laptop. “I said, what’s all that noise?” he screamed. “Nothing!” I replied. “Ugh! Cracked screen, can this day get any worse?”

Yes it could.

My boss marched through the door angrily. “Yes?” I said politely. “Can I use your laptop? My banana juice spilled,”
“Amm, you see, amm, mine broke as well,” I mumbled. “How?” he asked. “’Cause I threw it”
“You’re fired! Out!”

Worst day ever.
Monkey sad.

“Watch out!” I shouted as the glass shattered all over the ground. The tiger jumped out of the cage and ran swiftly over to the exit. “Help us, help us!” screamed everyone in the room. We tried to get out but the tiger was blocking our escape.

The zoo workers finally ran over to us. All I was thinking was “We’re going to die”. The tiger growled at all the workers as they slowly and cautiously guided him back into his shattered cage. Finally he jumped back into it.

“Thank god!” I sighed with relief as I walked out of the zoo. “ I am never coming back to the zoo again!”.

'Run!' I shouted as we were being chased by an oversized gorilla.

We were stranded on an island after our plane crashed. We luckily got away safely from the gorilla. On this island, everything seemed to be double the size of normal. Like we saw a bee yesterday that was bigger than me. We were living in a cold dark cave and food was scarce.

Yesterday we saw a helicopter fly overhead. We were about to run out and get help from it but then from nowhere, a tiger was blocking our escape.

Guess were living here forever. now

We had just arrived at the zoo on our school tour.  First we set off to the tiger exhibit, but there was no tiger! The glass had shattered and the tiger must have ran away! But how? We informed the zookeeper what was going on and he told everyone to leave the zoo and that we would get back in free of charge after the problem was solved.

The zookeeper left in search of the animal, so we turned around to make our way to the gate. We stopped and stared. There was the tiger about two feet away and baring his teeth. The tiger was blocking our escape! So I did the only thing I could. I reached forward and started rubbing him on the head. He actually started purring! We brought him to the zookeeper. Everything was safe again!! We were the heroes of the day.

Once I set myself the challenge to live in the jungle for a week.

On the last day when I was done packing, I set off the long path to the helicopter. While I was walking under the canopy of trees, a little monkey was looking at me. “Hello there, aren’t you cute,” I said as I reached out to pat his head.

“EEEEEEKKKKKKKK!” he screamed. Suddenly a whole load of monkeys were surrounding me. I sprinted for my life. When I got to the helicopter, a tiger was blocking my escape! He was standing right in front of the helicopter door.

“MUM!” I screamed.

Do you ever have a day that you feel so energetic? Well, today I do!

I woke up so early. It felt like someone just inserted a battery in to me.
I hurried downstairs to get breakfast but I didn’t want the usual. I wanted a sandwich with white bread.
My mam said to have proper breakfast but I didn’t listen. I took out our brand new sandwich maker and place my sandwich in it to have best breakfast ever! And for the best day until …I realised...  it was only 7 o'clock.

I still don’t know why my mam was up so early!!

One day I was energetically hurrying to work. I was going to be late so I decided to call my office. I looked at my phone but my battery was dead. I pulled my sandwich out of my bag and munched it quickly.

After a while I finally got to my office. I was meant to be there at 9:00. But when I looked at the white clock through the transparent door, it was 10:30! “How is it already closed” I whispered to myself. I looked back down at my watch and it was 9:10. Then I realised that my watch has stopped. “ Oh no!” I moaned as I strolled slowly back to my house.

I was eating my sandwich as l would on a regular day when l heard a very energetic BANG!!!. I hurried in a panic to my phone to ring the guards, but my battery was out of charge! I started to look around to see where l could hide. The only thing l could see was my white blanket so l hid under it. Then l heard another big BANG!!!.I was terrified and l didn’t know what to do. The banging  got louder and louder…Then it stopped. I was petrified!

I didn’t know what to do next!!!

I was walking to school on Monday morning. I was wearing my tracksuit  I met up with my friends but one of the lads was wearing a white sheet. I was wondering why he was wearing it. The bell rang.

We got to use the computer. The battery was very low so I told the teacher. I hurried down the corridor and got another computer. I got back and started to do my work.

It was soon lunch time. I ate my sandwich. It was grand. I felt so energetic! The bell rang and I came inside.

I got a call from my big, white phone. As I was chatting, my battery went dead. So I took a bite of my sandwich. I hurried into the car as I didn't want to be late for the meeting.

I was half way there on my two hour journey when I ran out of diesel, so I had to drive to the nearest filling station. I eventually got to my meeting and there was no-one even there. Then it occurred to me... I had gotten the date wrong! I would have to do it all over again next week!
