One-day Tom was reading his book when he saw a lost boy on the other side of the road. He decided to go over to him. The boy was upset because a stranger came up to him and demanded that he give the diamond that was in his hand to him. But the boy didn’t give it to him instead he sprinted off down the road. The boy told Tom that the man would be here any minute and that they both needed to hide. They had just found a hiding spot when suddenly the man came but luckily the man didn’t see them and he walked off.

A great first 100WC story Tómas! Your story was full of suspense, creating a series of images in my head; I could visualise the comic book sequence of pictures as they unfolded! You did a great job building the sentences.. the long length of them added to the drama and sense of urgency of your writing! You skillfully used conjunctions and there was good use of vocabulary in your writing. Well done Tómas! Your comment will be posted after it is approved.
